SMOKED ALMOND RAITA


WHAT YOU NEED
• Almond flakes: 4 cup
• Yoghurt: 1cup
• Dry roasted jeera powder: V4 tsp
• Black pepper powder: 4 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black salt:1/2 tsp
• Chopped garlic 2 tsp
• Chopped coriander leaves: 1 tsp
• Sunflower oil: 2 tsp
• Hot coal: 2-3 pieces
• Ghee: 1 tbsp
METHOD
In a heavy bottom pan, heat the oil. Roas: the chopped garlic until golden.  In a bowl, add the yoghurt and whisk it well.

• Take the almond flakes in a bowl.
• Make a small bowl-like structure out of the aluminum foil, and place it in the center of the bowl with almond flakes.
• Place two to three small pieces of hot coal in the aluminum foil. Pour some ghee on top of it.
• Cover the almond bowl immediately with aluminum foil and keep it covered for 10-15 minutes. The almonds should be smoked.
• Remove the foil and the coal from the almonds and add these smoked almonds to the raita and mix gently.
• Serve the raita topped with chopped fresh coriander leaves and smoked almond flakes.
स्मोक्ड बादाम रायता
  जिसकी आपको जरूरत है
• बादाम के गुच्छे: 4 कप
• दही: 1 लीटर
• सूखा भुना जीरा पाउडर: वी 4 टीस्पून
• काली मिर्च पाउडर: 4 चम्मच
• नमक स्वादअनुसार
• काला नमक: 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
• कटा हुआ लहसुन 2 चम्मच
• कटा हरा धनिया: 1 चम्मच
• सूरजमुखी तेल: 2 चम्मच
• गर्म कोयला: 2-3 टुकड़े
• घी: 1 बड़ा चम्मच
तरीका
एक भारी तले की कड़ाही में तेल गर्म करें।  रोआस: कटा हुआ लहसुन सुनहरा होने तक।  एक कटोरे में, दही डालें और अच्छी तरह से फेंटें।
• जीरा पाउडर, स्वाद जोड़ें।  धीरे से मिलाएं।  काली मिर्च पाउडर, नमक, काला नमक, भुना हुआ लहसुन
• बादाम के गुच्छे को एक कटोरे में लें।
• एल्यूमीनियम पन्नी से एक छोटी कटोरी जैसी संरचना बनाएं, और इसे बादाम के गुच्छे के साथ कटोरे के केंद्र में रखें।
  • एल्यूमीनियम पन्नी में गर्म कोयले के दो से तीन छोटे टुकड़े रखें।  इसके ऊपर थोड़ा सा घी डालें।
  • बादाम के कटोरे को एल्युमिनियम फॉयल से तुरंत ढक दें और 10-15 मिनट के लिए ढककर रख दें।  बादाम को सूंघना चाहिए।
• बादाम से पन्नी और कोयला निकालें और इन स्मोक्ड बादाम को रायता में मिलाएं और धीरे से मिलाएं।
  • कटा हुआ ताजा धनिया पत्ती और स्मोक्ड बादाम के गुच्छे के साथ रायता परोसें।

DU 2nd list admissions 2020: The University of Delhi (DU) has started enrolling students against the second cut-off list. The admissions have started from today and will remain open till October 21. Under the second list, several courses have been closed while for many others, there has been a slight drop in the cut-off marks. The third merit list is expected to be released by October 22.
