ALMOND & ROSE KULFI 


WHAT YOU NEED
• Milk, full cream: 4 cup
• Sugar: 1/2 cup
• Saffron: 1/4 tsp
Almond meal: 1/2 cup
• Dried rose petals: 4 cup
METHOD
• In a pan, add milk and heat it on low flame. Keep stirring. Do not let the milk burn.
• Let milk start to thicken.
• Once it becomes half the volume, add the almond meal and sugar and mix well. • Strain the mixture.
• Add the dried rose petals and saffron strands. Mix well.
• Allow the kulfi mixture to cool, pour it into kulfi moulds or small bowls and freeze them.
• Demould the kulfi and serve it garnished with roasted almond flakes.

जिसकी आपको जरूरत है
• दूध, फुल क्रीम: 4 कप
• चीनी: 1/2 कप
• केसर: 1/4 चम्मच
बादाम खाना: 1/2 कप
• सूखे गुलाब की पंखुड़ियों: 4 कप
तरीका
• एक पैन में दूध डालें और धीमी आंच पर गर्म करें।  सरगर्मी रखें।  दूध को जलने न दें।
• दूध को गाढ़ा होने दें।
• एक बार जब यह आधा मात्रा में हो जाए, तो बादाम भोजन और चीनी डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ।  • मिश्रण तनाव।
• सूखे गुलाब की पंखुड़ियों और केसर की किस्में जोड़ें।  अच्छी तरह मिलाएं।
• कुल्फी मिश्रण को ठंडा होने दें, इसे कुल्फी मोल्ड्स या छोटे कटोरे में डालें और उन्हें फ्रीज करें।
• कुल्फी को तोड़कर गरमागरम बादाम के गुच्छे से गार्निश करके सर्व करें।

DU 2nd list admissions 2020: The University of Delhi (DU) has started enrolling students against the second cut-off list. The admissions have started from today and will remain open till October 21. Under the second list, several courses have been closed while for many others, there has been a slight drop in the cut-off marks. The third merit list is expected to be released by October 22.
