BOHRI MALAI KHAJA


 WHAT YOU NEED For covering:
• Refined flour: 2 cups
• Ghee: 2 tbsp
For layering:
Refined flour: 1 tsp
• Ghee: 1 tbsp
For stuffing:
• Khoya: 1 cup
• California walnut powder: 1/2 cup
• Sugar (powdered): 1 cup Green
• cardamom powder: 1 tsp
• Saffron water: 1 tsp
• Oil for frying
METHOD
• Roast the khoya and California walnut powder on low flame for 10 minutes.
• Cool and mix sugar, cardamom powder. Keep aside.
• Knead refined flour and ghee with little water to form a stiff
dough. Make into orange-sized balls.
• Roll each ball to a thin disc nine-inches in diameter. Smear ghee and sprinkle refined flour all over.
• Roll into a thin cylinder, twist it and spiral it un Chill for 10 minutes. Roll the chilled spiral ball into four-inch disc and add in a scoop of the cooled filing.
• Bring the ends together and roll into a ball again. Give it a smear of saffron water and cool for 15 minutes.
• Deep fry over low flame.
• Garnish with powdered sugat.

आपको कवर करने के लिए क्या चाहिए:
• परिष्कृत आटा: 2 कप

परिष्कृत आटा: 1 tsp
• घी: 1 बड़ा चम्मच
भराई के लिए:
• खोया: 1 कप
• कैलिफोर्निया अखरोट पाउडर: 1/2 कप
• चीनी (पाउडर): 1 कप ग्रीन
• इलायची पाउडर: 1 चम्मच
• केसर पानी: 1 चम्मच
• तलने के लिए तेल
तरीका
• खोआ और कैलिफोर्निया अखरोट के पाउडर को धीमी आंच पर 10 मिनट के लिए भूनें।
• चीनी, इलायची पाउडर को ठंडा करें और मिलाएं।  एक तरफ रख दो।
• एक कड़ी बनाने के लिए थोड़ा पानी के साथ परिष्कृत आटा और घी को गूंध लें
आटा।  संतरे के आकार के गोले बना लें।
• प्रत्येक गेंद को एक पतली डिस्क के नौ इंच व्यास में रोल करें।  घी को छान लें और परिष्कृत आटे को चारों ओर छिड़क दें।
• एक पतले सिलेंडर में रोल करें, इसे मोड़ें और इसे सर्पिल करें 10 मिनट के लिए चिल करें।  सर्पिल गेंद को चार इंच डिस्क में रोल करें और कूल्ड फाइलिंग के एक स्कूप में जोड़ें।
• छोरों को एक साथ लाएं और एक गेंद में फिर से रोल करें।  इसे केसर का पानी दें और 15 मिनट तक ठंडा करें।
• धीमी आंच पर डीप फ्राई करें।
• गन्ने के चूर्ण को गार्निश करें।

DU 2nd list admissions 2020: The University of Delhi (DU) has started enrolling students against the second cut-off list. The admissions have started from today and will remain open till October 21. Under the second list, several courses have been closed while for many others, there has been a slight drop in the cut-off marks. The third merit list is expected to be released by October 22. Since in the second cut-off movement of students is also allowed, some of the closed courses might open in the third list.
