Nepotism in Bollywood, Sushant Singh Rajput justice, Boycott Bollywood

The craze for Bollywood movies across the world is totally insane and we as Indians are very proud of it. But there is one such thing that has crippled in Bollywood in the recent years is nepotism. The topic of nepotism is a topic of intense debate in the Bollywood industry and other industries. Nepotism exists not only in Bollywood industry but in each and every sphere of work life. But the industry of Bollywood has been affected more than any other industry. Nepotism is the act of using power and influence unethically and using those powers to favor their near and dear ones to get work. The issue of nepotism became a hot topic of debate recently when in an interview film actress KanganaRanaut tagged film producer Karan Johar as "the flag bearer of nepotism" and his intolerant attitude towards the "outsiders" in the Bollywood industry. After this many poured their views on nepotism embedded in the industry. It's a bitter truth of Bollywood that the seeds of nepotism have now really grown into big trees. Actors with tremendous talent are sidelined and priorities are given to star kids and their relatives. The darkest part is when an outsider tries to raise their voices against this;he/she is suppressed and treated with ill comments. While actors outside the industry are always against nepotism but star kids always find ways to defend it. Once in an interview Alia Bhatt, said, "A star kid can get that first film due to nepotism. But to constantly get films just because you belong to a filmy- family is not possible." This evidently shows how hard the industry is hit by nepotism.
It's very evident in Bollywood that star kids are always in the limelight and media coverage. Right from their pooping to eating everything is covered by the media. The truth of Bollywood industry is that it is less about talent and more about profits and connections. There millions of acting talents outside the industry but they never get chance because they don't have the right connections. Thus they are never discovered and their talents are wasted. The aspiring talents hardly make upto Bollywood because they either perceive it to be impossible or that they have to struggle decades like NawazuddinSiddiqui, Sushant Singh Rajput, ManojBajpayee, KanganaRanaut, Irfan Khan, AyushmanKhurana and RajkumarRao. The insiders of Bollywood industry are obsessed with their stardom and therefore outsiders are considered as threat.Another duel-faced nature of Bollywood industry is the fake award shows. These award showsare sponsored by rich companies who give awards to only those films which are sponsoredby them. Even they make strange
categories to give awards to star kids and their relatives whilethe real talents are never encouraged and left behind. There are also some T.V. shows where blunt gossip is seen more than real entertainment. The outsiders with real talent are never encouraged and are always treated as obscene , which therefore results in low self-esteem and depression. Thus the bitter truth to accept about Bollywood is that it would never let go of nepotism. The only one who can change nepotism in Bollywood is the audience. We as an audience never encouraged and are Thus the bitter truth to accept need to stop giving attention to star kids. The audience needs to go for Movies that have real  talentslikeNawazuddinSiddiqui VishalJethwa, VardhanPuri,Ran deepHooda and many others. Movies need to be judged based on talent instead of stardom. The actors must be judged based on their abilities and acting skills instead of their macho image.
